My Lovely

Days In The

CHUNG-ANG

 HERALD

As I entered the Chung-Ang Herald (CAH), iIt was my goal to be the editor-in-chief of the Chung-Ang Herald (CAH), as I entered the CAH. My The dream came true and time has flied by since then.
When I became the editor-in-chief of the CAH, I had some aims to change the CAH. My biggest goal was to havemake that everyone know about the CAH. To achieve thisit, reporters of the CAH had to improve their English writing skill. The CAH started an English class with Lisa Wells who is a professor of Faculty of Ggeneral Eeducation in Chung-Ang University (CAU). Though wWe often did not have enough time, however she has educated us with enthusiasm, so reporters learn many things from her class. (I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to her.) Although the reporters cannot write articles perfectly, but their passion to inform news to students of CAU hwas become perhapsmaybe perfect, I think. If they have some mistakes, please tolerate the errors and keep encouraging theme. They will persevere in their effort.
You maycan also have become aware of some changes about the look of the CAH magazine. The size, color and style haveare changed, b. Because the CAH reporters wanted to make better the magazine better, not only in contents, but also design. I wish you like our changes.
I have learned, so many things that I could not have expected and met many people who I cannot forget, during those days. The experience that I have lived as a leader of the CAH has been theis my greatest one in my whole life, also it has formeds 98% of my university life.
Finally, I appreciate my seniors, friends, and reporters, who helped and encouraged me so far. It is really the end of my lovely days in the CAH, but I will start a new life as a devoted reader of the CAH.
From now on, the next editors will be ready to run a new voice of the CAH. They will think endlessly to make the CAH a better magazine. Please support their start.
Thank you.

The Greatest

Opportunity

 In My Life

“What can you show us to prove that you are not a shy person?”
This question which was thrown to me at the interview for cub-reporters has changed a big part of my life. Before I came to the Chung-Ang Herald (CAH), I was just a plain person who does not have much passion and desire. But after I was chosen as international reporter and international editor, I have learned so many things not only how to write good articles.
There were also many things that I could not do after I entered the CAH such as sleeping until late morning, hanging out on Friday night, traveling abroad during vacations. However, what I have earned from the CAH cannot be compared to those I could do even if I did not enter the CAH. Although I was so stressed out and frustrated sometimes, those times are paying off finally.
This memorable and successful life in Herald cannot come true without those who worked with me. First of all, I want to say thank you to our Editor-in chief for the great efforts to develop the CAH. I really appreciate your passion toward the CAH which led to the prosperity of the CAH now. Also, I want to say thank you to our reporters. I know that it is not easy to come up with fresh ideas and write several articles every month, but they did it. I hope that they will not lose the enthusiasm that they have had until now even when they become editors.
Now, I am leaving the CAH and will become a reader again. I will keep having interest in the CAH and watch how the CAH develops. I am sure that our next editors and reporters can do better than I did.
My university life in the CAH will remain as one of the turning points in my whole life forever.
