Each group has one exchange student and five or six CAU students. They meet regularly for 50 minutes five days a week from September 1st to December 15th except for examination periods. The entry fee is 200,000won, which includes all expenses for teaching materials and group activities expenses. Anyone interested in debating with British and American exchange students, and who can take part in this program continuously during the semester can apply.
At the end of this year, the Division of International Cooperation will hold an English Debating Contest and award prizes.
Exchange students who will be leading this program are specialized in English Education and Linguistics from USA and Canada. CAU students will have a chance to learn more about English and culture through this debate program. As for the exchange students, they will have more chances to learn and experience Korean language and culture. This debate program will be a great chance for all students involved.
