“A very comfortable and friendly atmosphere with many strikingly colorful chairs.” – would be the ideal way to express the first expression upon stepping into this coffee shop. Everything looked rather friendly and one could definitely tell someone did a great job with the interior.

Q Why did you pick such an interior?
A Considering the fact that this shop is inside a university, I took great care on the interior, especially in the aesthetic sense.
Q There are many different coffee shops around CAU. What makes “Cup of coffee” different?
A Well, to begin with, our price is cheaper. However I don’t really care about the prices of other coffee shops. I just hope that the students can be as comfortable as possible here as if I was their family. If a student really wanted to have a cup of coffee, but they didn’t have enough money, what should I do? Obviously I’ll give one for free. Of course that doesn’t mean I’ll give everyone free cups of coffee, but to the regulars.
What I really wanted to do was to make the atmosphere of the old days, back to when I was attending university. However it’s difficult to do so these days. The students have become tough-hearted these days and it’s difficult to feel attachment to the students like the old times. I hope that I can make the students more warm-hearted by means of a cup of coffee.
