Half price with the same menu – The kitchen

Day it opened – 28th of June / Number of seats – approx. 80 / The idea – cheap and reasonable / No delivery service / open 9am~10pm

“A very casual looking restaurant with a slightly snug atmosphere” – would be the best way to describe the inside of the restaurant. It had a mood which gave a very comfy feeling, but still somewhat Korean although the menu was far from Korean food.

Q What is your marketing strategy?
A Before, I used to work at Nolita, so I know the taste and price of that place correctly. As a result, I can proudly say that the taste and quality of our food is almost the same, but the price was cut in half. Because most students can’t afford expensive meals, our strategy is to provide good food at cheap price range.
Q How are you planning to attract your customers?
A Well, people who have already been here, usually come back for more. We really don’t have a clear cut plan on how to make people come here, but since the price is really cheap compared to the quality of the food, especially the pizza, I am sure that people will keep on coming for more.
