What most people know about the R&D centre is the few convenience stores in the underground first floor. However, The R&D centre actually has a total floor count of 15 floors when the underground floors are added, with much more that people should know.
 44 lecture rooms including 5 which are over 132m^2 in size and a lecture theartre over 541m^2
 25 professor laboratories and 28 laboratories with a total of 53.
 6 seminar rooms
 A restaurant on the 11th floor.
 6 club rooms on the second floor
 A beautifully made fountain and night view on the first underground floor.

Also, as a result of the Woo-ri bank moving into the R&D centre, the health centre which used to be in the student culture building moved into the place where Woo-ri bank used to be. And following the health centre, the reserved forces regiment will move to where the old health centre was.
