School is the place for students, therefore they should lead it. However, it occurs that the business area of our school seems to care more about marketability than students’ pockets or their convenience. Current restaurants and stores only provide students with foods that are cheap but not un-tasty, or the foods that are good but expensive. As the students’ options to choose what they can eat narrows down, their spending habits goes wrong and if it lasts a long time, the food they have to eat could be detrimental to their health. The nNewly built R&D centre gave us hope that it would locate restaurants and stores that would supplement what the current business area lacks, but instead it was filled with franchise restaurants and stores that are relatively expensive. Stores like iCOOP (Saeng-Hyup) that can help students build desirable spending habits are nowhere to be found. The sSchool must be the first to create athe business area that is for students’ comforts, rather than being swayed by the franchises and the market forces
