1.     Musical-Bibap
The musical Bibap is a non-verbal performance motivated by a popular food in Korea, 'bibimbap'. The performance, using food as a subject, is called ‘Eatertainment’, a combination of ‘Eat’ and ‘Entertainment’. Bibap, a 60 minute musical, was performed at The Edinburgh International Festival. This festival, held in England, is a world art festival where a number of plays, operas, orchestras and other art performances are performed. Bibap not only had a successful outcome, but also created an opportunity to make bibimbap famous all over the world. The plot of the musical is about two chefs competing with each other to make bibimbap with their own recipe. The most interesting parts are the dynamic actions of making bibimbap: washing, chopping, frying, and eating. The sounds are made by beat box and acappella and the actions are made by B-boying and acrobatics. The dynamic motions and sounds are made in harmony like the food materials used in bibimbap.
