The second 'Sa-jae-gyeo-gam' was held at the Institute of Liberal Arts (107) at classroom 302 on Wednesday, October 10th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sa-jae-gyeo-gam includes a double meaning. I can mean “communication between professors and students” if written in Chinese characters, And also means “Impressive Lecture Relay by Professors to their Loving Students” in Korean. Professor Lee Dae-young, a professor of the Faculty of Directing Performance Image of the College of Arts lectured on the day. He lectured on the topic, '21 Century, Aiming for Work and Play to Become One.' According to the Faculty of Liberal Arts, the purpose of the event is to seek 'Davinci talents’, who have creative and practical knowledge, which contribute to various parts of society.
In the lecture, about 100 students came to listen. At first, he revealed that society has changed, so the characteristics of the professors have changed from 'hot' to 'cool'. In the past, the professors were 'hot', which means they were exclusive and regard rules highly. However, currently we need ‘cool’ professors who respect their students’ individuality.
He then spoke about 'The Four Types of Humans' Instincts to Play’, which are competition, coincidence, role, and dizziness. Of the four types, Professor Lee especially accentuated the 'roles' of human beings. He said, "Life is a play. We do a lot of role-playing by being a student at school, a son or a daughter at home, and sometimes a server at a part-time job. Our role-playing will not end until we die." He ended his lecture by reminding students to live lives by doing proper role-playing and concluded. 'Die for Justice and Live for truth.'
After the lecture, many students showed positive responses. Ji Hyun-jin, a student majoring in the Department of Nursing said, "I also participated in last week's lecture, and it was very helpful. So I came here again. This special lecture does not give me pressure compared to other lectures. I think students and professors could communicate better through this lecture. Also, it is better than inviting speakers from outside of our school, in that we could feel more comfort and familiarity, because they know us better. I hope the school provides a lot of opportunities for students to have these kinds of special lectures." Another student, Lee In-yeop, a student majoring in the Department of Cinema said, "To be frank, I came here, because my class for this time was cancelled. The professor told us to go here instead. The lecture was better than I expected. I should live my life enjoying my work as the professor suggested in his lecture. I think this lecture enables us to communicate better with our professors."
The first lecture was held on September 26th and the third lecture will be held on October 31st at the same place. The lecture relay by the school’s professors will be continued until November 28th, as the last lecture.

<An Interview with Professor Lee Dae-young>
1. Why did you choose the topic as '21 Century, Aiming for Work and Play to Become One’?
In the past, people thought they worked by what their god gave them. However society has changed. So now we can work however we want, but some people work only to live. Living like that would be very tiresome. I selected the topic hoping that our students would do work they actually enjoy. That would make them work hard and become leaders.

2. What do you think about 'Impressive Lecture Relay by Professors to their Loving Students’?
I think this is a real good chance for both professors and students. Professors can have more chances to know and understand their students than we cannot have through our ordinary class. I also think that it would provide good chances for students to get help from the professors in order to become global leaders. When I get a chance to lecture again, I would absolutely do it.
