This winter had heavy snowy, much more than previous winters. Seasonably the movie ‘Frozen’ was a box-office hit, as if the movie ‘Frozen’ wanted to give expression to the fierce weather. Did you see this movie? After viewing, what did you find meaningful in the movie? There are many potential meanings to point out, but I want to say to focus on one thing: That is a song from the original soundtrack ‘Let It Go’.

Thought some people might not have seen this movie, they are likely to have heard this song, ‘Let It Go’. This song was sung when the character Elsa beat her fears concerning her strengths and abilities. She moved past her limits.
The new semester now begins. The students who are waiting to start this new semester may have concerns. How about taking a step back? Maybe your concerns are not as serious as you think. In this semester I hope you can discover what you can do, test your limits, and break through them. CAH also try to move past limitations. Why don’t you melt something frozen in your heart with CAH?

It’s funny how some distance makes everything seem small
And the fears that once controlled me
Can’t get to me at all
It’s time to see what I can do
To test the limits and break through
No right, no wrong, no rules for me
I’m free
Let it go, let it go

-Let it go (from ‘Frozen’)
