Currently entering a 21c, we usually hear annoying and uneasy news that when we watch television or turn on the radio. The representative news are as “new parents killed their adopted children intentionally following their early plans.”, “Husband or wife killed their partner fighting seriously in a fit of anger.” And “polices put down a citizens by armed repression.” These sensational and unreasonable news have increased nowadays and they have something in common about violation of human rights. This violation has emerged of universal problems in worldwide and it makes people very angry. ‘Human right’ means just the right that each person should be guaranteed regardless people’s authority of society or properties. From little baby to pregnant woman and old elderly. However the noble human rights have been distorted and invaded naturally in modern society. Let’s look into specific situation about this and what problem happens in each nations.

a.     Origin of the ‘human right’ and it ’s current position

When was the first time that the conception of human right emerged specifically? If you learned or about ‘world history’ in your middle school or high school, you can know that it’s after ‘declaration of the human right from France in 16centry. The conception of the human right started at this time and has strong influences nowadays for problem of right. So, including Korea human right has been perceived as important and sensitive thing to many nations. In addition, human right was ventilated through ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights’ in UN. This declaration was selected Dec,10 in 1948 and the days called ‘period of human rights’ was decided before and after 10. In this period, various events related to human right will be held for people. This declaration also has valuable meaning , because it’s whole contents were actualized the real goal of UN that global people should urge their regret in the problem of human right and respect every human rights after second world war. Then this content contains the four kinds of the freedom like ‘freedom of the pressure’, ‘freedom of religion’, ‘freedom from’, and ‘freedom from fear.’

What was the violations of human right in many nations including Korea? And related to this, Let’s look into each nation’s remarkable features with the problem of human right.

<Russia>

Among the many nations where human right problems occur, Russia government especially has pressed anti-Russian movement against Chechen‘’, the city of Russia. However, the feminist ‘Estemirova’ who has activited very hard was killed here. In the past, she ignited fire many houses of separatism rebel forces and has blamed against security army who abused forces to citizens and killed them indiscriminately. In the past, the African-American has always been attacked from White many people didn’t respect them as a human, they has lived tragic life similar with the pets after they were sold into a slavery. With this conception of slavery, many people thought that it’s okay to treat them freely. Such attitude towards to African-American was a serious human right problems. Now days, there are many elements that discriminate African-American including words ‘Nigro’ that humble them and places where they can’t use legally and we understand such situation checking the facts that the African-American occupy the most in regulating last few years.

<North Korea>

However among them, the worst nation that human right problem took places is ‘North Korea’. Representatively, there are various prison in North Korea and government send their citizmens when they wouldn’t keep appointed policy. It’s very hard for them to get out from this prison. Because government wouldn’t supply them enough foods to live but a few corns and they usually give them a pain regularly. Related to poverty, people in North Korea couldn’t live well if they work hard that day. Because they couldn’t be given their money well. So finally they would be degenerated like a bagger and go around to find any street foods.

Korea has serious discrimination towards weak people in society and disabled people especially. Last year, news that noticed rescue of two disabled people from the salt pond with default of pay and confinement by their boss. These two people couldn’t sleep very well and always physical work s over 19hours to make salt. In addition, the boss of them often strike and secure them not to go out every day. Related to this event, the polices around here are planning to check a real situations from salt pond about human right problems including violations, physical attack and default of the money. Still, many people working at salt pond didn’t guaranteed their real right correctly.

 The problem of human right has become an eternal homework that all of nations should solve together in the global society. Everyone should be kept their right as a human importantly including their age, class and gender. In addition they should be respected as they are.
