How were your summer nights? Did you have enough sleep to have a fresh start the next day? Most people might say ‘no’. People rather give up their sweet dreams and go outside with their family or friends. Watching a movie at the comfortable and cool movie theater was one of the great ways to get over the midsummer heat. Also, jogging around the Han River or playing badminton beside it, might also been something that people did with their friends or family members. Doing these things, we could have forgotten about the unpleasant weather and built precious memories instead. Maybe we should think that giving up sleeping is quite bearable in order to meet with other people.Still, since we didn’t have enough sleep we find ourselves feeling tired. Fortunately, the freshness of autumn is in the air now! A cool breeze is tickling our noses and making us fall asleep more easily. Having a good time until late at night with your friends and family is important but sleeping is also crucial for refreshment. Take a shower, drink warm milk and hope you have sweet dreams.
