As many students are now still struggling to find their direction, Chung-Ang University offers third-year students a career aptitude examination. It is held both online and offline. Online examination was held on August 5th to 7th and the offline analysis was from August 12th to 14th in rooms 106-301 and 302 at Seoul, Chung-Ang University. The examination is called ‘Auland examination’ and it offers students opportunities to examine themselves about what business they should choose and what kind ofjob they want to do. The examination is composed of 4 exams; personality, capability, career aptitude and preparation for employment. First, through the personality test, they can understand their personality features and can get some objective information about themselves. Second, through the capability test, they can know their actual level of capabilities like controlling stress or leadership. Third, through the career aptitude test, they can catch your preference in job performance. Finally, through the preparation for employment test, they can know whether they are perfectly qualified for employment.

The examination is special in that it offers a ‘clone matching service’ to all students that participate. After the online examination, students meet their ‘clones’ who are in similar conditions to them like qualifications, aptitude, and capability. By clone matching, students can get some information about their clone’s career path and can substitute themselves into them. Students also can know about their probability to pass employment exams. If you missed the chance that Chung-Ang University offered, you can still take the exam at www.auland.org. It costs money when you want a full analysis report, but you can get a free sketch analysis. It would be a good chance for anyone who is worried about their future career.
