Chung-Ang University held a career exploration program for high school students, from September 28th to 30th on Seoul campus. Forty majors were introduced to 1500 students who participated in this event. The program is named the ‘Da Vinci Dream Seeking Program’ and Da Vinci represents the type of students that Chung-Ang University pursues to cultivate; a student that stands out among others for his or her brilliant ability in various fields.

Professors from various fields of studies gave a brief introduction of what each major is, and what type of students should be interested in applying for them. CAU has been consistently conducting the program in order to help the students to perceive the world and oneself with different perspectives. The high school students today find themselves struggling in choosing their major because they are taught to study what is written in their textbooks, but not what they genuinely love to do. Therefore, implementing such a program shows how much CAU cares and it’s passion towards the students.

You may discover interesting aspects of yourself to help you in your exploration of finding what you want to study! So grasp the valuable opportunity next year, if you missed it this year.
