The Institute of Language Education at Chung-Ang University is working on a short-term afternoon program specially organized for students of the Language School, undergraduates, graduates and foreign residents . There are four programs to enroll in; TOPIK Preparation Course (Test of Proficiency in Korean), Pronunciation Practice, a Korean Writing Course and K-pop Dance. The descriptions of the programs are listed on the photo, as well as its schedules.

These courses are established in order to help the foreign or the international students learn Korean and to quickly adjust to life in Korea. Many international students have struggled to adapt and thus, some have chosen to drop out. Therefore, the Institute of Language Education has created such lessons so that the newcomers could learn practical Korean. Each course is comprised of only four to five lessons so that it does not give more burden and stress to the students. It would also be a great opportunity to meet other international students and spend some quality time studying together!

`

By participating in this program, the international students would be able to successfully complete their studies, and would ultimately be able to succeed in landing a job. Some of the academic courses will be divided into a basic and an advanced level and thus, students who are confident in Korean could also try to challenge themselves and further enhance their Korean ability. The Institute of Language Education is consistently seeking a variety of welfare programs in order to contribute to the globalization of Chung-Ang University and its reputation. Come and fill out the application form at the office of the Institute of International Education, which is located in building 101, room 101.
