Have you ever experienced spending time discussing where to meet for your team project? Not only is adjusting to a time that satisfies every group member burdensome, but also finding a place to hold various people is a big headache.However, the CAU Research Information Service started the operation of “Creative Culture Complex -Study Room”considering the hardships of students undergoing “team project and group study stress”.

Following up upon the construction of Building 310, the previous Administration Department area has been transformed into a culture space loungeas of 2016 December,5^th.Among the total of eight study rooms, they are divided equally into rooms for six and rooms for eight. To meet the demand for improvement in inconveniences, there has been evident progress. First of all, exclusive space for students located on the 1^st floor of Library Building improvedaccessibility. Secondly, laptop and smart phone connection conveniencehas been dealt with by establishinga Control Box. Thirdly, under “Smart CAU” service, students can make use of the online reservation system through theCAU Research Information Service homepage (http://library.cau.ac.kr/index.ax). Finally, displaying this place with books helps students to have broadened perspectives and deeper knowledge for their creative activities. Thus, managing the Creative Culture Complex and individual seating study rooms promotesnot only a place for studying, but also a place for gaining creativity.

Notice for Study Room Reservation: A group needs to consist of at least fourteam members and reservations need to be made at least twohours before the use. The person making a reservation needs to fill in his/her name, major, student number, phone number, email address and the three other group member’s names.
