There has been huge controversy on the government’s complete ban of virtual money. Recently, the government stated that ICOs that help businesses to make funds through virtual money will be banned. They realize all ICOs are measures of speculation. To this attitude of the government, the proponents said if the speculation through virtual money was neglected, it would be harmful to the public good. And they also argue that all market participants should have fair opportunities. The opposition argued that after the complete ban, it is harmful to national improvement of technologies. This matter has two opposing elements: development and worry about side effects. It seems the government has to continuously discuss the issue with interested people.
