From August 27th to 30th, 2018 the Center for Teaching and Learning Development hosted the Da Vinci Creative Academy. Students could apply to the academy through the Rainbow System in July and August. It was divided into two courses. In the first course, Kim Chang-yoon, a lecturer from the Korea Efficiency Association, taught for two days from August 27th. In this course, students learned the concepts of trend capture and mega trends. They were also trained to predict and respond to trends within the company based on scenarios. The theme of the second course was 'Skills for Changing Other’s Minds' by Son Jung-mi, a member of the Korea Efficiency Association. This course ran for two days, and began on August 29th. Based on the training of negotiation and presentation skills, students had the opportunity to practice what they had learned while conducting simulations. After the training, the students also got a chance to participate in the KMA Leaders' Morning Forum and received a certificate from the Korea Efficiency Association.
