Everyone usually goes in and out of campus through the entrances they’re familiar with. Of course, it is true that such entrances are easy to notice and students use them a lot. However, Chung-Ang University has many entrances that are designed to make students more comfortable on campus than we know. Let’s discover some hidden entrances to the buildings students use the most.

Medical Cluster - Building 102, Building 103, Building 105, Building 106

Chung-Ang University has a medical cluster. It consists of Building 102 for pharmacology, Building 103 for nursing, and Buildings 105 and 106 for medical science. First of all, Building 102 has entrances on B1F, 1F, 2F and 3F. The entrances on B1F are located next to the café Blue Pot. If you enter the entrance and walk to the right, you’ll see an elevator. You can enter the building through the elevator. Next to this entrance, the building has a set of stairs. Through these stairs, you can find additional entrances on 1F, 2F and 3F. Building 102 also has an official entrance right next to the exit for vehicles entering the underground parking lot. Next, Building 103 has two entrances on 1F. One is the entrance facing Building 101, and the other entrance can be met by entering an alley between Building 102 and 103. In addition, Building 105 has an entrance on 1F. The entrance is located in the middle of the stairwell leading to the library and faces building 104. For this reason, the entrance is often used by students majoring in non-medical science. Finally, Building 106 has entrances on 3F and 4F. The entrance on the 3F is located in the middle of a circular path next to Building 105. Another entrance is located at the end of the path.

Building 303

Building 303 is for law school. It has an entrance on 6F, 1F and 3F. 6F is adjacent to 1F of building 310, so the entrance on 6F is often used. The entrance on B1F is also frequently used by students because B1F is the same as B5F of building 310. Students rarely use 3F. This entrance faces the entrance of B3F with Building 310.

Building 310
Building 310 is also called Centennial Hall. This building has entrances to 1F, B3F, B4F, B5F and B6F. The entrance on 1F is located in the same area as 6F of Building 303, which is the one most used by students. In contrast, the entrance to B3F faces the entrance to 3F of Building 303, which is the one least used by students. The entrance on B5F is located in the same basement level as B1F of Building 303, which makes it convenient when moving from B1F of Building 303.

Some of you may have known these entrances already, but CAH is sure they will be new to some of you. There is a famous saying, 'Find new from old age.' CAU is a familiar place where we have lived, but would not it be more valuable if we could find joy instead of boredom in familiar school life? You can get pleasure through finding new things from familiar things like the unknown entrances. CAH hopes you experience valuable things by making new things in your daily life.
