Recently, many people have been having a hard time understanding and controlling their feelings. Starting from the first semester of 2019, the Student Life Counseling Center of Chung-Ang University implements a "Mindfulness Program” every Wednesday. According to this institution, "Mindfulness" means the recognition and acceptance of the thoughts and feelings that occur in a moment in our mind. The Student Life Counseling Center designed the program to help students at Chung-Ang University improve their self-control ability. At the same time this institution aims for students to deal with negative thoughts and emotions easily. The program is held every Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the Student Life Counseling Center, room B309 in Building 310, for 50 minutes. You do not need to apply in advance and prepare any supplies.
