The Chung-Ang University Center of Teaching and Learning Development is striving to provide a systematic and customized learning program that reflects the learning style and needs of students. One of the most representative is the learning capability enhancement programs (LEAP), which combines four categories. The Chung-Ang University learning support program 'LEAP' is an acronym from vocabulary 'Learning, Experience, Advance and Performance'. The various programs within each category, consist of content that can help many students spend their school life more meaningful.

The first category of LEAP, 'Learning' includes four programs: Learning Counseling, Customized Learning Capability Enhancement Lectures and Workshop, Digital Competence Enhancement Lectures and Workshop, and Learning Experience Sharing. These four programs are all designed to help students’ education, although their contents are different from each other.
