A Chilean man took a picture of the police officers riding horses at 'Parque Forestal' of Santiago last year.
The shutter of the camera speed was lowered because of cloudy weather, but soon he surprised about a sort of image that is beyond logical explanations. Not human, but organic being was found on this photo. The man insisted that his photo was proved to be GENUINE from the U.F.O community in Chile. Some netizens suppose that 'the pictured image' is not an alien but a spiritual being. The reason is that, if the image in the photo was an organic being, horses would be alarmed as the way of their instinct.
