Police booked a person (his family name is Han) on a charge of the circulation of an illegal use of other's name in a mobile phone. It shocked to us because the 'other' are victims of the Dae-gu subway tragedy. If Han is human, he couldn't do this action to the poor soul. Again, pray for the repose of the deceased.
