China's history distortion, Northeast progress (DongBukGongJung in Chinese) started on Feb.18th, 2002. There was criticism of it in Korea before Japan violated our sovereignty of Dokdo island in 2004. But because of Japan's incitement, while we demonstrated and protested against Japan's attitude, it was forgotten in our memory. It became more serious while the Chinese government protested against Japan. We must call for correction of distortion by China, too. The deprivation of our past means losing our roots.
