Recently, criminal investigation privileges of the police and the prosecution have become an issue. That is, the matter is who gains the superiority of criminal investigation. But they should know that the police and the prosecution don't get the confidence of the people of the nation. If the police, who need a division of power, and prosecution who keeps the monopoly power don't have measures which change the view of citizens, it is only for their own benefits.
