From June 18 to July 8, 2007, Filipino volunteers will start volunteer work for 14 days and 13 nights. The object of this work is to develop international friendships through a variety of volunteer activities, and it strengthens Chung-Ang University’s image as a university concerned with the education of the human nature, which meets in part the goals of the CAU2018 program. There will be two or three places where they volunteer, and there will be a total of thirty four volunteers. They will be composed of ten persons for the medical care team, and twelve persons each for the general volunteer team and staff. The volunteers for the medical care team will be dealing with internal disease treatments, surgery, dermatology, and otolaryngology. The general volunteer teams will perform educational services for the prevention of epidemics, and Taekwondo schooling. The Korean traditional percussion quartet will develop and present workshops on Korean culture.
