“The casual Tous les jours runs officially to satisfy CAU students” – would not exactly be the first impression of this bakery, for most would already know about all the benefits for CAU students. Like most bakeries, the lovely smell of baked bread was practically everywhere.

Q What kind of customers do you get the most?
A Well, mostly we get students coming to buy ice-americano because it is so cheap. If you have your student ID card ready with you, you can get it for only 1200. And it’s not an event, it’s available everyday- I graduated CAU myself so the price is fixed.
Q In what concept are you planning to run your store?
A We’re currently selling good-for-your-health, well-being baked products, but at the same time, we’re attempting to make a European-style high-quality yet cheap concept. Most people know that Tous les jours sell high-quality bread, so the problem is the price. So, as a result, we are actually selling most products at at least a 10% lower price than the Tous les jours in Gang-nam.
