A so called ‘Human Butcher’s Shop’ opened in the UK fresh meat market. However, this butcher’s shop closed in two days. It had an official website saying, ‘We have been selling fresh meat since 1966.’, and even had a real store name, but it turned out to be a surprise event for ‘Resident Evil 6’ promotion. This butcher’s shop was selling hands, arms, feet, and bodies which looked like human flesh. But it turned out this ‘flesh’ was all made from cattle. At the corner of this butcher’s shop, a meat block, resembling a woman’s corpse, was displayed on a steel plate. Human hand shaped meat was ￡5.99, a human foot was ￡6, and a thigh steak was sold at ￡2.99. This butcher’s shop was especially popular to zombie fans. The profit from this shop was delivered to a charity for the disabled.
