Especially, Nanji Creek Park is famous for being changed from a landfill to a park. People who lived near the landfill could not breathe when they went outside. It can accommodate up to 44,047 people, so it is a pretty big stadium compared to other stadiums outside of Seoul, the capital. Its nickname is Big Bird, because its ceiling looks very weird. One side is longer than the other one, making it look like a big bird flying. The stadium looks very special.
This stadium was also built for the 2002 World Cup. In 2002, there was Spain vs. Ireland, The U.S. vs Portugal, and etc, which were big football matches during the time. So, there is A World Cup Memorial Museum here similar to The Seoul World Cup Stadium.

There is a statue park near the stadium. There are 40 statues created by young makers and 10 statues for visiting makers. Yes, this place is usually for Suwon people. People usually go to Shinchon, Hong-ik University, and Gangnam to hang out. However, this is not a fresh way to experience a new thing. These two stadiums can provide people new experiences even for those who are not interested in soccer.
