From June 25 to August 16, app development training, in collaboration with Apple Korea was conducted at the CAU App Development Characterization Center, located in Building 310, B309. The training program, which was offered to students of all majors who handed in application in advance through the Rainbow System, was based on Apple's official iOS App Prototype Curriculum. The training was led by Yoon Sung-kwan, CEO of Apple Korea’s CodersHigh team and professor at Hanyang University’s SW department. During the training sessions, iMacs at the Characterization Center were available for students to use. In addition to receiving basic training courses on apps, prototyping processes, and coding language. Students were actually involved in implementing apps. After their training, students will continue to participate in app development through CAU App Development Club, and some will receive scholarships. The program was organized by the CAU Planning Team and runs every vacation. Because it is a well-run program that offers activities for students to continue their training after the end of the program, CAH hopes that CAU students can continue to participate actively and have opportunities for self-improvement.
