AI-VR recruitment interview room was established by the Da Vinci Human Resources Development Center to strengthen interview capabilities of job seekers in preparation for online recruitment. The interview room was established by introducing the latest systems to prepare for AI and video interviews that have been in the spotlight in the aftermath of COVID-19. Those kinds of interviews have the effect of maintaining objectivity and reducing costs in the hiring process. For a stable online interview environment, things like wired Internet, soundproof walls, USB microphone, headset, and a high-end webcam were installed. In addition, neat beige walls were constructed. That’s because if the background behind interviewees’ screens are messy, it’s easy to give interviewers an impression that they are unprepared. Moreover, face-lit lighting was installed to prepare for an AI interview, which helps recognize the face and facial changes of interviewees. To eliminate the fear of interviews, VR mock interview system was introduced so that interviewees could feel as if an actual interviewer is sitting right in front of them. If students want to have an AI mock interview, they can use the Educe AI Recruitment Solution through the Rainbow System banner. From there, competency tests and mock interviews are conducted. Also, with individual’s recorded video and result table, individual consulting from a professional counselor is conducted.
