The Chung-Ang University(CAU) Rainbow System, the career development system for CAU students, has been renewed. What changes have been made to it? First of all, the system now provides career information based on big data and AI. Based on graduates’ individual data, an AI engine analyzes individual enrolled student’s capacity level. Then the algorithm provides guidelines about additional capabilities for each students to develop. The engine also recommends curriculum and extracurricular programs to increase their employment success rate. Another change is that considering individual student’s frequency of use for each menu, the menu structure will be customized. Also, all functions are now available in the mobile environment, including the system search function which is newly created. With this search function, things can be searched instantly on both PC or mobile. Not only that function but also study for an employment and occupational aptitude test are newly added. The test is free and it is a big help for forming self-understanding such as personality, aptitude, value, and strength. Students can explore and develop a career plan with the help of the test. In addition, more services are provided like all Hackers Job online courses for free, preparation for online recruitment, an NCS online mock exam, sharing corporate information, and incumbent mentoring.
