With knowledge about effective communication and appropriate communication skills, students can listen closely to other’s opinions and work to persuade them. With an adventurous spirit and bold attempts, students can take risks to achieve their goals and lead change. With creativity, students can create excellent and useful results in a social context or solve problems in new and effective ways. With macroscopic vision and imagination, students can recognize the link between objects and phenomena in reality. They can also integrate, evaluate, and utilize at a higher level of thinking. With a consistent attitude and respect for others, students can build an effective collaborative relationship and environment in which one can trust and rely others. Through the CAU Rainbow System website, http://rainbow.cau.ac.kr, CAU students can do the analysis. In addition, with the help of the CAU messenger bot CHARLI, they can get results right away. They can send a message like ‘Da Vinci Core Competency’ to the messenger bot. After they finish the analysis, they can check their competency level, strengths, and weaknesses. Major, liberal arts, and extracurricular programs are recommended to them as well.
