For students who are preparing for online recruitment in 2021, there is a video interview room rental service. An all-in-one video conference booth can be borrowed, which is located in Building 310, Room 204. The booth is soundproof, so sounds outside are blocked while sounds inside can be clearly heard. Also, it includes all equipment needed, such as a PC, webcam, microphone, and headset. Moreover, since it is a booth-type interview room, students can have an independent space. This room was opened on February 16th, 2021 and runs until June 21st. This room is open only on weekdays, and closed on weekends and holidays, so students should consider this before applying for use. The application method is simple. Students can apply through the ‘Extracurricular Program’ which is in the Rainbow system homepage, http://rainbow.cau.ac.kr. The room operates at four times, from 10:00 A.M. to 12 P.M., 12 P.M. to 2 P.M., 2 P.M. to 4 P.M., and 4 P.M. to 6 P.M. If students have a particular time they want to request, they have to write it in the remarks column when applying. In addition, there is something they should be careful about regarding COVID-19. They can’t apply within 2 weeks if they have just been abroad. Before using the room, one’s fever and respiratory symptoms will also be checked. They need hand sanitizer and antiseptic towelettes, too. Furthermore, students can only use the room individually.
