The Future Convergence Center of Chung Ang-University is recruiting a ‘Convergence research group’ to cultivate creative competence through meetings and cooperation between undergraduate and graduate students of various majors. The Future Convergence Center decided to support the convergence research activities to enable undergraduate and graduate students to develop creative and challenging initiatives. The Future Convergence Center aimed to strengthen students’ convergence thinking capabilities as the next generation of academics. There will be scholarship supports for convergence research activities and a meeting lounge will be provided as a basement for exchange activities. This year’s application form was accepted from July 26th to August 16th. Every major is allowed to apply for this program. After being selected, students will be supported with a member program from September 1st to December 31st this year. The possible amount of budget considered as scholarship is 1.5 million won to 2 million won and it varies on the scale and result of research. Each research group is composed of students of different majors depending on the research topic, and it is recommended that students of different majors from various fields to participate.
