On November 18th, the Holland Career Exploration Workshop was held at the Da Vinci Center for Human Resources Development of Chung-Ang University (CAU) for about two hours. The workshop was based on the Holland vocational aptitude test via online. At the workshop, students completed their self-analysis based on the results of the Holland vocational aptitude test, exchanged opinions on their aptitudes and career exploration through group discussions, and freely provided feedback with each other. All undergraduate and graduate students of CAU, were free to participate in the program. The registration of the program was simple, by applying through the Rainbow System, and students had time to explore their career path. The Human Resources Development Team announced that this workshop was planned to help reduce their worries and resolve curiosities about career choices. They also invited professional career counselor Kim Su-rim to advise students on the direction of career exploration. After the workshop was over, various students shared their ideas about the workshop. And expressed that it provided them useful information and methodology to their current biggest worries about the career.
