Starting this spring semester, in-person classes will be held for laboratory classes, practical courses, graduate school classes, and lecture classes with fewer than 40 students. However, at the discretion of the professor, lecture classes with more than 40 students may be also conducted in person. The relative evaluation type B, which allows up to 50% A grades and a maximum of 90% of A+B combined, will be used for the grade standard. Also, students retaking courses will be able to earn up to an A grade regardless of their admission year. The graduation certification system (Korean proficiency, English, and Chinese characters), which had been exempted for the last two years will also be applied again.

While the university, which had been suspended due to COVID-19, is expected to regain vitality, it has also reorganized COVID-19 related safety guidelines. First of all, when a confirmed case occurs in an in-person class, the confirmed student must notify its department and subject professor. After that, the university determines the circumstances and movements of the confirmed student and conducts a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on the class participants. When the epidemiological investigation that collects the results of the RAT, and whether the students are vaccinated is confirmed, the class will go back to being conducted in-person. Students who have a positive RAT test result may receive class materials from the Professor. Confirmed students will be suspended from school until their COVID-19 test results are negative, and their attendance will be approved.
