Starting from this semester, the Competency Development Scholarship is a newly introduced official scholarship. This scholarship is utilized by the financial resources secured by the reduction of the current Student Academic Excellence Scholarship. Students who have enrolled this semester and have grades from the 2021 Fall semester are eligible to receive this scholarship. Students must have a GPA of 1.88 or higher from the previous semester and have taken at least 16 credit hours. Those who exceed who exceed the years required for graduation or are currently receiving Foreign Student scholarship are excluded from the scholarship. The number of students selected, and the exact amount of scholarships will be announced in detail by each department of the college. The school announced that the scholarship will be paid within the limit of tuition fee as part of the tuition-based scholarship. The essence of this scholarship is to highly evaluate the extracurricular competency of students’ regarding the extracurricular performance saved in Rainbow System. By using extracurricular competency as an evaluation factor, autonomous evaluation criteria for each college will be applied to the selection process. Scholarship recipients will be selected in July, and payment will be completed at the end of July.
