Da Vinci Center for Human Resources Development held a Homecoming Job fair from April 1st to 14th on an online Zoom meeting. CAU Homecoming JOBFAIR invited seniors from major corporations, public institutions, global companies, and specialized companies. The goal of this fair was mainly to establish concrete employment strategies by linking academic units and jobs through special job lectures and individual mentoring. Undergraduate/graduate students wishing to find or change their employment were able to register for this job fair through the Rainbow System. The official of DaVinci Center for Human Resources Development said that this was the second time opening the job fair, after the first fair was held last October. The DaVinci Center for Human Resources Development planned several improvements after last year's event and amended the program with feedback provided by previous participants. The officials again emphasized that they have prepared a lot to introduce more diverse job experience and areas for students who are joining the job fair. It is said that the contents of mentoring have been greatly improved in specific areas such as corporate personality tests and personal statement writing to give out practical help to the participants.
