Campus Recruiting, which had been conducted only online due to COVID-19, has been implemented face-to-face for the first time in three years as face-to-face lectures have also resumed. Campus Recruiting is an event hosted by the Da Vinci Center for Human Resources Development of Chung-Ang University, and was successfully conducted from September 2nd in the employment information seminar room in Building 310 and the lobby on the 2nd floor. Shinhan Capital was the first company to visit Chung-Ang University for face-to-face campus recruitment, and four recruiters attended the event. At the event, one-on-one counseling for each field recruiting by companies was provided, which drew positive responses from students. Not only domestic companies but also foreign companies came to Chung-Ang University and conducted recruiting by saying, "The competencies of Chung-Ang University students can also work well abroad. Samsung Group, which can be said to be a representative company in Korea, and its various affiliates, as well as Lotte, CJ, Hyundai, and more, which are hiring in the second half of 2022, plan to continue recruiting after September, so Chung-Ang University hopes that students will actively participate in this recruiting. Students can find the exact schedule for campus recruitment on the Rainbow System website or on the website of Chung-Ang University. An official from the Da Vinci Human Resources Development Center said, “There are many students who find it difficult to get over the threshold of getting a job, but the Da Vinci Human Resources Development Center invites many corporate managers and promotes how excellent our students are.”, expressing his determination to work on the face-to-face campus recruiting.
