The 'CAU Industry-University Cooperation Networking Day', in which various companies and investors who want to transfer new technologies and promote new businesses gather to exchange and prepare a foothold for future growth, has successfully ended. The Networking Day hosted by CAU was held on February 2nd, as part of the BRIDGE+ project and LINC 3.0 project supported by the Ministry of Education and the National Research Foundation of Korea. Companies and investors gathered on this day showed great interest in the technologies possessed by CAU. CAU has actively showcased not only technology transfer activities, but also open lab activities in which industry and academia collaborate to develop technologies necessary for companies in the fields of IT and BT. Among the various technologies exhibited at this event, great attention was paid to the 'artificial intelligence image analysis and detection system' technology. Six companies conducted technology transfer consultations and discussed ways to commercialize the technologies. Student start-up companies and family companies in specialized fields supported by the CAU LINC 3.0 Project Group also participated in the event, and CAU achieved good results, such as receiving a letter of intent for investment. An official of the project said, "Considering that many consultations have been conducted, we believe that we will be able to achieve excellent results in the transfer of corporate technology." It seems that CAU will continue to discover promising technologies for commercialization and carry out various technology commercialization activities for technology transfer.
