On February 10^th “The Beginning”, the first event of “CAU Honor Society”, was held at Lotte World Tower. The CAU Honor Society is a new gathering for major donors who have donated over 100 million won to Chung-Ang University (CAU). This meeting was created to provide special respectful treatment to donors who have supported CAU and to express the university’s gratitude. The Beginning event is a kind of kick off meeting that brings together donors who served as the central axis of the CAU Honor Society. The event consisted of introducing the purpose of the event, reporting the activities, screening a promotional video, and taking a group photo. Participants had time to communicate while listening to CAU’s past achievements and plans in a pleasant atmosphere. An official from the team who organized the event said that they plan to formally launch the CAU Honor Society and promote regular invitational events and group gatherings.
