An "Agreement Ceremony for Carbon Neutrality ESG Initiatives" between Chung-Ang University (CAU) and the Net Zero 2050 Climate Foundation took place on August 24th at the Chairman's Office Meeting Room on the 3rd floor of Building 201 (Main Administration Bldg). This agreement represents a joint effort between CAU and the Net Zero Foundation, an organization under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to address the climate crisis through carbon neutrality and contribute to sustainable development. The essence of this agreement lies in actively promoting strategies and practical programs to solve climate, environmental, and energy issues. Through this agreement, both institutions have committed to collaborating and devising alternatives to achieve sustainable carbon neutrality, as well as stimulating practical approaches. Chief director Jang Dae-sik stated, "I am pleased to be part of the efforts to respond to sustainable development and climate change. Through the collaboration of both institutions, I look forward to making substantial contributions to achieving carbon neutrality."
