Many of us, myself included, often go through our daily lives busy with reality or engrossed in our phone screens, missing the beauty within our everyday lives. However, there is much beauty woven into our daily routines, even within the confines of our homes or indoor spaces. Have you ever looked at the sky while commuting to or from school? November, nestled between fall and winter, often boasts a rather clear and exhilarating sky. Or have you taken a deep breath of the crisp evening air or gazed at the stars recently? Many readers might answer no. Yet, even amidst the repetitive routine, try to make an effort to find small moments of beauty. This will gradually help you discover more wonders and cultivate a perspective to make your day more vibrant.

Furthermore, trivial things can also bring happiness. A keyword that has emerged in recent years, '소확행' (joy in the simple things), suggests that happiness can be found in the trivial things of daily life, not just in grand or distant things. In my case, when asked what happiness is, the moments like watching TV at home while eating tteokbokki or when my hair is adorably tied up in one try. But In a corner of my heart, I sometimes worry that being satisfied with such things might label me as a simple person. I feel like I should talk about a more philosophical and cool aspect of happiness rather than these simple pleasures. However, happiness is not something that you can accumulate or something grand and distant. Therefore, it would be great to enjoy small joys and, in the process, value the discovery of what you truly like.

Trivial moments can also become our driving force. In reality, on the day of the SCAT, I was overwhelmed with nervousness, unable to calm myself. However, a small note of encouragement from the owner of the desk in the exam room, someone didn't even know, helped me regain my motivation and I could perform well on the exam. Although the word 'trivial' means something is often considered insignificant and thought to have little influence to someone, in some ways, it is  akin to how some significant inventions often start from minor inconveniences by chance. I believe that 'trivial things' actually hold tremendous potential and power.

"Perhaps the power that enables us to live is the very trivial moments." This expression is from the exhibition titled Dear Ordinary Us by CCARMIN. First of all, I recommend taking a moment to reflect on yourself, considering if you are unintentionally letting precious days slip by. Who knows? Through this 'trivial' article, your today might become a little more precious!
