It has been confirmed that Chung-Ang University (CAU) has received a significant amount of support, totaling 32.8 billion KRW, ranking fifth among private universities nationwide through direct support projects as part of the university's financial support program organized by the Ministry of Education. Recent government financial support programs are often centered around training of science and engineering. CAU, showcasing a balanced representation of humanities, arts, sciences, and medicine, takes pride in its comprehensive university model. CAU had a  relatively smaller scale of our science and engineering training compared to other more competitive universities, posing a slight disadvantage in financial support programs. But now, it stands shoulder to shoulder with prestigious universities in the scale of financial support through persistent efforts. This evaluation serves as a significant indicator, effectively demonstrating the fruitful outcome of our university's endeavors to evolve into a research-oriented institution, overcoming these challenging circumstances.
