The '2023 Fall Semester CAU Global Fair' took place on November 1^st and 2^nd at the Outdoor Plaza in front of Building 310 on campus. CAU Global Fair is an annual festival organized with support from the CAU Office of International Affairs and the International Exchange Team. It was a platform for exchange students to showcase their home countries, promoting global cultures to our university students. The theme for this semester's event was 'CAUPOLY.' Throughout the event, various activities such as stage performances and counseling booths were held. Different booths provided opportunities to learn more about the exchange student programs and different cultures. The Global Ambassadors (GLAM) participated in all stages of the event from preparation to execution students. GLAM members led activities such as board games and stage performances. In an interview, Yu Dong-min, a member of the 12th GLAM, expressed satisfaction, stating that the CAU Global Fair provided a valuable opportunity for Korean students to show interest in exchange programs with foreign universities and those students’ cultures. He also mentioned that it was a proud moment for him as a GLAM’s preparatory member, as the event facilitated communication between foreign exchange students and CAU students. Moreover, during the talent show, he noted that he was impressed by the unique talents and creativity displayed by the exchange students. Through the CAU Global Fair, it is hoped that more students can learn about new cultures, engage in meaningful exchanges, and contribute to making CAU a truly global institution.
