This past January, CAU signed an MOU with the Korea Music Copyright Association (KMCA) to foster future musicians and contribute to the development of music copyright. Through this agreement, both organizations acknowledge the importance of protecting the rights of copyright holders and facilitating the convenience of music composition users. They also emphasize the need to contribute to the enhancement and development of music culture. To achieve this, they have committed to establishing a cooperative system. Through this collaboration, CAU and the KMCA will exchange technical information for the development of music copyright and program sharing. As part of the agreement, CAU students in the Global Arts Department will receive a discount when joining the KMCA. The signing ceremony took place on January 25th. To commemorate the occasion, the KMCA donated 10 million KRW to CAU to contribute to nurturing future musicians within the university. This donation will be used for student scholarships and scholarships for music activities. CAH hopes that the school aims to continue signing positive agreements, elevating the university's status, and making efforts to provide students with a more enriching university life.
